PomoUno is designed to work with as little personal data as possible. You can use the Pomodoro timer, tasks, sounds, and daily report anonymously without creating an account.

• Local data: When you use PomoUno without an account, your tasks, timer settings, sessions, volume preference, and daily statistics are stored only in your browser using local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Account data: If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and (for email sign-in) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
• Productivity data: When you are signed in, your tasks, focus sessions, timer settings, and progress statistics are synced to our database so they are available across your devices.
• Technical data: Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To provide the timer, tasks, sounds, statistics, and account features.
• To sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
• To display advertising that helps keep PomoUno free.

• Access and export: You can view your data inside the app while signed in.
• Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Account page at any time.

Data retention

We keep account and productivity data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, the associated data is permanently removed from our database. Anonymous data stored in your browser can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Children's privacy

PomoUno is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

International users

PomoUno may be operated from, and use service providers located in, countries other than your own. By using the service you understand that your information may be processed in those countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PomoUno after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
